The national airline of Slovenia is Adria Airways, which operates flights from London to Ljubljana on a regular basis, with tickets costing around £60 one way. Other companies that offer services to the country include Aeroflot, Air France, Austrian Airlines, Easyjet, Lufthansa and Malev Hungarian Airlines

Flights from London to Ljubljana are around two and a half hours, and Ljubljana’s airport offers taxis and regular buses into the city, along with the usual amenities that would be expected – a bar, restaurant, post office etc. Slovenia is home to two more international airports – Maribor and Portoroz – though both have limited international connections.
